  7. A week and a broken glass roof…should it be covered under warranty??

    Standing on a short ladder and leaning on one hand to clean the roof ended up with a broken glass roof. The vehicle was static and the outdoor temperature was about 70 degrees. Nothing hit the roof. I would imagine that the pressure on the palm of the hand was about ~30lbs or about 3lbs/sq in...
