Discount Tires quoted me $680 for a 22 inch spare. The tire has a 65K warranty. Rivian wants $1500. I have a jack puck and jack. All I would use it for is a spare. This seems like a no brainer. Any reasons why I wouldn't go the cheaper route?
I am not brave enough to pull any harder. Rivian rented a car for me and is towing my R1T 160 miles to the service center. At first they said they would come to my house to fix. Now they said they think it is an actuator problem.. The service center did not recommend trying a manual fix...
My charging port door pops up about a 1/4 of an inch and stops. This isn't enough room to manually open the door. I've tried resetting and that didn't help. I have about 45% range left. Rivian service can't make it to my house until next week. Any suggestions?
