They send me the estimated cost to approve the 12-volt battery replacement. I objected to the cost because the Rivian warranty document mentions a 3-year / 36k-mile warranty on the 12-volt battery. I am still waiting for a response.

@SecretService It was driving me nuts as well :) Rivian service center in LA was able to fix mine though. I was told it has to do with the half shaft on the wheels. They sprayed some coating to help with metal-on-metal friction and tightened something to a new torque spec given by engineers...
