I went through two windshields in close succesion and rock dings in the edge of my hood (R1T and wife's R1S). I added Exoshield windshield film and the aeroskin deflector (primarily to cover up the hood dents) and I haven't had any issues since (coming up on a year). Can't attribute it directly...

I have the exact same issue! very frustrating, after trying all the resets, I also tried turning off and on the preferences like soundcheck and spatial music processing. Nothing has helped.... I also have a ticket into Rivian.
