Well they fixed it. Took about 30 min. Tech was very nice and said he recalibrated it? Not sure what that means. Its working now, so I’m happy. But there is something a bit choppy about how it moves.., i hope that's not anything.

I just picked up my 2025 R1T with v2 tonneau cover. The guy showed me how it closed on delivery and when I got it home, it wouldn’t open. The motor comes on, tries to move the cover, moves it 1/2 an inch, then sounds jammed and stops. This takes about 2 seconds. I did the reset (hard and soft)...
