Paul, did they tell you what was wrong? Also, I noticed we have the same truck color and the same charging problem. Perhaps random, perhaps not.

I believe there are plenty of people with 0 issues and often the issues are minor. The problem is the backlog at Rivian service. If that was fixed people would be a lot happier. That said, I do think some dealers are better than others.
