Just to close the loop I was able to get my Apple Music Issue resolved by Rivian Service. The invoice from the service indicates that they replaced a multi function control module and did a firmware update to resolve. Hope this helps others

Yeah I am not here to argue the point about Car Play integration just sharing what Rivian told me about the issue. I agree BS.

I have the same issue with Apple Music as described above. Contacted Rivian multiple times and they advised to perform the 3 levels of reset. Have also tried to log out and in of Apple Music multiple times. Issue remains. Contacted Rivian again and their response was quite interesting. A portion...
