  1. Noisy and stiff rear suspension?

    Hey y’all new owner here. I’ve noticed that my R1S’ rear suspension is more audible than expected when raising and lowering itself. It makes a clicking noise going up or down and the ride is rough even on “soft” mode, is this indicative of R1S’ or should I be concerned?
