  1. General Grabber Artic LT tires installed -- review / feedback

Short and sweet data point. I just installed a set of 275/65/20 general grabber artic LT tires on my R1T. Short trip to feel them out and program the TPMS. Results they seem slightly quieter than my Pirelli OEM tires with 15k miles on them. They provide a slightly softer ride which...
  2. Brake service

Has anyone tried to lube the rear calipers? If like to clean and lube mine, I did the front service a few months ago easy since no ebrake on the front. I'm curious if the truck will stay in neutral indefinitely or will it go to sleep and park itself. Was going to put weight on the seat belt on.
  3. Towing car hauler

Wind resistance really kills range. I normally drive this route (almost daily) 16% is a consistent usage at 80mph. Yesterday I did the trip towing my 20ft car hauler and used 40% of the battery going 60mph. I really expected to double the energy consumption not that much more. The range...
  4. Tricking truck into thinking a trailer IS connected?

I saw the post about tricking the truck to think a trailer ISN'T Connected but do we have a way to do the opposite? My adas / driver+ hasn't worked for over a month and I just want my damn cruise control back. In trailer mode it uses regular cruise control which honestly is good enough for me...
  5. Switching from 275/65/20 to 275/60/20

Has anyone done the switch to the smaller tire for seasonal change overs and not got reprogrammed? I know my speedo will be off a bit, I know this will affect the efficiency calculations etc. But other than that? If it's just going to work for winter I'd like to switch to the 60/20 tire and...
  6. Rattle rear undertray

This is driving me nuts. It seems tight I'm going to get it on the lift tomorrow to take a closer look. But has this been found and solved before?
  7. Silverado pricing -- ouch...

GM Finally announced pricing in Canada for the Silverado RST with 700km range (442 miles). $118,000 canadian. The R1T Dual motor max pack in Canada with 411 miles (659km) range is $134,500! Rivian really needs to get their pricing down. A Dual motor base model with standard battery is $110k...
  8. Survey?

I just got a survey asking me about my R1S and how great it is. But I own an R1T. Is this just another blunder or sent to me by mistake, anyone else with a T get the same thing?
  9. TPMS Sensors (program needed or no?)

I searched I found threads where people were posting programmers and TPMS sensors that require you duplicate the rivian ones. Is that all necessary? Tire rack package indicates their supplied TPMS sensors will just work after a short drive, although I find their pricing a little high $280 for...
  10. Husky mats new in box

Canada specific so didn't want to hide this in the for sale section. $230+ HST free shipping in canada. Husky all weather mats for R1T. Includes the front and rear mats. I ordered these and they took too long to arrive so I ordered another set.
  11. Worth the long wait.

I know it's little solace to those still waiting. I waited 2 years and 2 months and jumped on a shop available truck in Toronto. But wow wow wow. Let me preface this a little with the fact I was an auto journalist for 15 years and stopped in 2019 funny just before the pandemic mess. I've...
