Has anyone had the service center successfully eliminate the fan noise from the ventilation system. When in recirculation mode and at level 1-4 there is a loud humming noise. It can be eliminated by turning off recirc but hardly ideal sitting in LA traffic.

Can anyone say with confidence that a jump box will work for a completely dead 12volt battery. I've had the dead battery issue with another EV and Rivian just replaced my 12volt so I'm hoping I'm good for a bit but as a precaution I've been looking at the NOCO Boost X GBX45 and similar items...

Not exactly how I thought my first two weeks would go but my 9 day old R1S started getting Suspension Warnings. Support suggested that I do an infotainment restart and if that didn't work, do a full reboot of the car. Neither worked. Also tried to deep sleep it and same suspension error...
