Has anyone figured out how to do this? I can't find instructions anywhere or in the manual.

Obviously it's not throttle lag, but from a stop going WOT, I feel like there is a quarter to half second lag before the truck puts down power. I'm not talking a slow ramp up of torque or anything, it goes full out when it decides to go, there is just a small lag between foot down and neck...
