I also need to check which fuse I’m tapped into. I think it may be F34 and if so can try moving over to F33 though that has never been a problem in the past.

Adding to this thread as I’m having the same problem following this latest software update. I’ve tried multiple infotainment and full reboots but the problem persists. Occasionally it will let me turn on adaptive cruise but will fail within a minute of using it saying “System fault detected”...
