    Wonderful news! Just had mobile service from Rochester. The tech was great. I feel better about upstate service everyday. I had our R1T towed to Brooklyn 2 years ago. Always hoped I would never need to drive it there. Looks like I can just stay upstate with the Rivian

    Had the exact same issue about 10 days ago. Very disconcerting. Received message that adaptive cruise was unavailable until serviced. Then the phone call I was on disconnected.
