    They are opposite in the sense that you as the driver can control one set (driving style, HVAC use) but not the other (weather, elevation).

    Really? I have drawn the opposite conclusion: outside air temp and elevation (both contributing to greater or lesser aerodynamic drag) have a greater impact than driver behavior.

    You're begging the question. The only evidence in this thread so far that AA 2.0 is anything at all comes from this DOJ document, which, as others have actually noted, is pretty thin when it comes to facts.

    To pile on to the point others have made: the rest of the document contains such thinly-backed allegations (E.g. "having a green bubble makes people feel bad") or factually dubious ones (e.g. that Apple deliberately caused SMS to be insecure) that it casts doubt on the factual basis of the rest...

    Another consideration is that a 3 prong outlet means there may be no ground, and there have been reports of failure to charge (especially from the Rivian EVSE) when there isn't a stable ground potential.
