Looks like the Judge denied the motion to reargue by D’Addario and upheld the decision of the zoning commission. Hopefully this will move along a bit now. I expect further legal battles once Rivian applies for its license to operate in the space with the DMV.

I've decided to sell my Overland Ruff Rax bed rack for my R1T. Decided it is a little tall for what I want and am going to swap over to a overland xtrusion. Putting feelers out if anyone is interested in purchasing. Not looking to get rich, just want to offset the cost of buying another $$$...
