Update. Tried EQ recommendations as above with a soft reset of the entertainment system and things are back to being pretty good again. I think something happened with syncing of the audio channels during the last update and soft reset fixed it. Worth a try if you're having issues. Hold...

Same issue here. Vocals are over amplified and instrumental mids are almost inaudible. Glad to hear others having the same issue as I was hoping it wasn’t a hardware problem.

Criticism aside I had some service here completed a few weeks ago. Same day turnaround. Friendly service. Didn’t cost me a dime. Did an outstanding job. Agree getting in and out of that parking lot is not totally straightforward but seriously who cares.

Agreed. For me has been solid for car functions, making calls, changing the music. Location search could be better, but car gets better every month.
