Perfect timing, after I just paid $700 to replace the 12v.

I've never been to a Rivian Space, but I've experienced Rivian service. If I had to buy a new car tomorrow, it wouldn't be a Rivian solely based on the service. When the truck works, it's great, but when there is an issue, it's maddening.

Until Rivian has a service center within a 2 hour drive, I would be extremely hard pressed to purchase another Rivian.

I had service come replace the missing bolts in mine, but that was maybe a year ago? Who knows how Rivian service will handle it now. I also asked if I could buy the screws to keep extra/install myself but Rivian wouldn't sell them to me.

reviving an old thread. Just noticed the same on my truck. 77% battery. Rare that the energy screen is up when I enter the truck. Was this a non-issue?

Interesting, I'm having the same issue, my truck was built in April of 22, but the onboard charger was replaced in the Fall of 22. It hasn't happened often, once this evening and once a few weeks ago. These are the only instances I can recall.

Does anyone have more info on this station? It worked for maybe a week, and from everything I've read on plugshare is no longer working. I can't recall another RAN station having this issue. I haven't had an opportunity to make it to Blowing Rock since these were installed.

curious if cabinets are on location at Charlotte and Henderson which as I recall were two of the earliest locations work began in the area.
