Picked up my S from the Austin SC yesterday and didn't seem like the release of the compact spare was imminent. They are looking into getting me a full size spare without the kit though.
I sent them a note a few weeks back too and didn't even get a response. I hope they are working on some though! Some of the aftermarket rock sliders look pretty cool but I'd prefer a true running board that makes it easy to get in. Although it's been just one day for me, I got in/out 100 times...
It was ~1 week from 8 steps (3/7) until the call (3/13) to schedule pick-up. My guide only said that it was in transit already headed to Austin when my steps opened up so not sure how long it actually took to get here. She did mention it could take 2-3 weeks.
The service center had a Wed slot...
I received a call from the Service Center yesterday saying my vehicle was ready for delivery and that it's the first blue R1S they've delivered in Austin. My guide has been in contact frequently helping me through the 8 steps and delivery appointment is now scheduled for Friday!
Really great work! Since I have a Galaxy and my wife has an iPhone, would the ideal setup be to purchase the power kit and then use one JSAUX pad and one OEM Apple pad?

Can you confirm compatibility with R1S? I'd imagine Frunk and Front Mats are probably compatible but curious if there are R1S specific mats in the works for 2nd Row, 3rd Row and Cargo. Any idea if or when those will be available?
