Ordered R1S spare. Original Launch Edition order was Feb 2019. They said they'd honor the original price, just waiting for Work Order to come through to verify.

I ordered one, arrived Friday; Looks absolutely brand new, and exactly like the one that came with my rig. Haven't tested it yet; but suspect it's good. Plan to leave it at family members house.

R1S in General Purpose Mode/ Soft Setting/ Standard height. (where I usually drive it) Big improvement in rear suspension feel. No more of the rear porpoising over bumps. Front to back had felt unbalanced. I'd been using Firm setting just to get rid of it. Now the Soft setting works...

I'd like to add my thank you to Rivian also. I've used the RAN's Clackamas/Madras/Primeville here in Oregon a few times visiting family. It is always been a great stop, run the dog and we're off. No they won't be free forever, but I still appreciate it.
