Update, EV Sportline talked me through a solution for this. I should have thought of this one - a quick filing of the puck mounting holes on the sliders did the trick. Could have been some residual powder coating that was left. This thread can be closed. Thank you EV Sportline!

I tried a quick search and couldn't find anything so I'll post this quick question here. I'm attempting to use the EV Sportline jack pad pucks with the EV Sportline rock sliders. There seems to be a tolerance mismatch with the jack pad pucks as they don't seat properly into the lifting point...
