Hello! The base of the Big Red is smaller than the platform of the jack in your picture but I've never thought to be concerned because the ARB base has lots of ribs to support the weight of whatever is on it. You can see the ribbing on one of the pictures on Amazon...

I recommend you go into your rivian app and call the 24x7 support. They will likely walk you through a reboot process that might clear up the error, or, if not, help you get access to whatever service you require. In my one experience, they were super.

My guess is the quart price is for a case of 12 quarts. Given the gallon price is for a case of 4 gallons the math is about right.

I received mine but the latch broke on the first day, which has been widely reported. My guess is they stopped shipping to get a fix for what is clearly a design defect. My solution for right now is a small vice-grip pliers that I use to manually pull the plastic latch for the occasional times...
