Black powder coat with a tiny bit of fleck in the clear.
If I had a do-over, I'd paint them.
The powder coat is super easy to haze and scratch. I have to wax them all the time to keep them nice. Automotive paint is a lot harder and doesn't spider web near as bad.

I wanted the green for a while, then a few years and online photos later I changed my mind, it looked off to me. Theu gray wasn't quite right I thought. I finally saw it in person and changed it back immediately.
I have to say I am 100% happy with it. Wife too. It's just so warm...
The screen protrusion. It would be next to nothing if not for the beauty ring around the plate. I got the most minimalistic one the had at Auto zone. I think it ties it nice into the front bumper black and helps ot "sink in" and hide. Back plate and mounted bare with no frame for the same reason.
Had some scrap 6061 and made the flat plate with it. Top screw holes are 7" on center to match the plate. Fasteners go through beauty ring plate backing plate then into bumper. After of course the the countersunk fasteners go through the backer and into inserts I added to the lower holes which...
