Select the first one which I think means Magic Dock. 2nd one is NACS Adapter.
Don't fixate too much on NACS support. You will find plenty of them. Use the Rivian app to find chargers that support the NACS Adapter. Also, download the Tesla app, add your vehicle with NACS Adapter, its find charger mode will help you too.
This was the R1S QM. 3rd row key for the long trip with the kids. Michelins were rock solid. I never noticed any tire noise that annoyed me on the trip, if anything leaves in the roof glass are more annoying :).
Efficiency was just as good or better with the new tires inflated to 48. I would...
Exactly! I was surprised my back wasn't too tight from sitting all day. We usually drove 2.5 hours between stops. First go after leaving origin with 100% charge, would go over 3 hours while everyone was sleeping.
Just wrapped up an awesome 1600-mile round trip road trip to Florida with the family in our Rivian, and it was an adventure! We had a great experience and wanted to share some highlights for those planning something similar.
Tires:
We put on new Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 tires the week...
2nd hand purchasers have reported receiving adapters thought I dont know how the logistics work out. You can always call Rivian and ask about how that works.
I find the these posts with VIN number helpful. Helps figure out as I took a Jan 23 R1T build and maybe I would get one this year after all. I will pull trigger on A2Z by September if no word from Rivian.
Freewire is neat tech. I've never used one, I doubt many have. It could be cool to have one at home, plenty of time for it to recharge for level 3 speeds. But 99% of them time who needs level 3 at home for a premium upfront cost? The business model is tough for commercial or residential use.
That isn't normal and would drive me crazy. My R1T makes noises on start or during battery preconditioning (navigating to a fast charger). But still nothing like yours.
My Guide confirmed what others are saying last week. Also told me if I buy on R1 Shop do let her know, she can add the tonneau cover to the purchase and will ship when ready. None of the trucks in R1 Shop have the cover but are compatible, for now anyway.
