If you used that driving to and from Mt Bachelor. Your skis would be destroyed by road cinder wash.
  2. Impressions on rental Mercedes EQS 450+ SUV 7-seater vs. the R1S

I’m surprised you found the ride rough. I drove an EQE 350 SUV and it was the smoothest SUV I’ve ever driven. I’ve driven R1S and R1T, and they didn’t feel anywhere as smooth.
  3. Apparently my EV9 preorder is coming next week…

Saw these 2 at the local dealer yesterday. The black one had a $77k window sticker.
  4. Lease with Purchase Option a way to get $7500 tax credit?

Audi and MB are already deducting the $7500 on new leases regardless of the vehicle price.
  5. Wanted to lease R1S in Canada

  11. Wheels for a Pacific North West winter

From what I have heard from several people in Bend re: their R1’s (both types) is that the quad motor has led them to lose traction coming down hills on slippery patches regardless of their tire/rim combo, even in snow mode. It seems to overcompensate for loss of traction.
  12. Second guessing R1T "purchase"

I LOVE this forum. Not a single negative response to the OP —thoughtful, caring responses only. This is the way the internet should be.

  14. Delivery Nightmare

  15. For those who got R1S (or R1T) at original approximately $78k would you buy one for new price of approximately $93k?

Met someone at my First Mile drive who has had a Range Rover on order for a long time. She’s frustrated about the wait but also that she can’t control the continual price hikes that she has no control of. No lock in price offered.
