    Did anyone else notice that the order confirmation doesnā€™t actually specify the color in your order (nor does it have a part #)? Worries that Rivian will ship me the black instead of the yellow ones and thereā€™s no ā€œproofā€ in the order confirmation on which color you orderedā€¦

    I thought they had removed the first aid kit from new deliveries so all you got was the charging bag and the compressor bag for the R1S?

    I think they used to have issues with roof and lift gate leaks more commonly with early builds. Is yours a newer VIN or older one?

    Thatā€™s funny - normally when youā€™re matched you lose access to the shop immediately. If youā€™ve been matched, you should see it in your account and the 8 steps.

    I hear you - on the Reddit there was a recent posting very similar to your story. Sounds like Rivian logistics could use an upgrade (and ditto for customer support!)! What color combo did you end up with btw?
