Itās possible they have vehicles ahead of you. Itās also possible they are waiting for parts as well. I have had cars with several manufactures over the years and this is definitely normal in a lot of instances. I know you want your vehicle back ASAP but just be patient and Iām sure theyāll take...
Thatās the first thing I realized when i was driving home after picking up my R1T. Currently my R1T is in service for multiple issues and that is one of them. I got loaner thats misaligned too. I just donāt get it!
They literally offered no explanation of the new powered cover when that has been the one with the issues. I think it deserved just as much time as the manual cover or more to explain what theyāve done to resolve the issues from before in a 1 min and 30 sec video.
Somehow I donāt think that new power option is a hard material anymore. They ran from that solution pretty quickly in the video. If you look closely as well theyāre no slats anymore as well.
I have a loaner R1S and I've not felt that using Sport mode in the lowest setting. You might wanna try different modes just to check if its a mode issue.. Try to get a loaner R!S as well when your car goes in for service and that might help you determine what's normal behavior.
Iām sorry youāre going through this much. I just got my R1T as well and have some issues to work out with the service team. I hope is goes smoothly enough and Iām roughly about 2hrs from my service center. Good luck and keep us posted on what happens next.
