Update - they found a module they want to replace - part was ordered and came in today - 3/20 - was dropped off on 3/16 - they need to calibrate the module - which, per Rivian, will take some significant time - so hopefully by late Monday or Tuesday I should get it back.
Just took it in to the service center - yesterday 3/16 - and I'll let you guys know what they find - I am not too hopeful as the warning has only appeared once. But I did capture with some pictures above - so i hope they can see the error message in the computer log.

I have a new manual tonneau cover for sale. Never used. Asking $1,250 - however I prefer not to ship as we know they do not ship very well. In the Atlanta, Ga area. I have checked and I don't see any broken or cracked pieces. DM if interested.
For this shipment - I received no communication - and was surprised when I came home and found it on my porch. However, the first one I did get a shipping notice - so maybe with first shipments you may received a notification. This was a replacement as the first one had cracks on each panel.
Just got my replacement with the new shipping foam for the sides. Took a quick look and everything looks fine. So hopefully you guys will be getting yours soon. I should think that the new shipping will provide a safer passage from Rivian to you guys.
