Been seeing issues with rust recently- you guys are certainly doing the right thing by standing behind this and replacing under warranty.
However, I’m curious, has there been any design modifications recently specific for this issue or are these felt to be isolated occasions and being replaced...
I've also been struggling with this. I've reset the infotainment a couple times thinking that may help. I recently read that if you press essentially ANY buttons prior to the restored seat/wheel settings after getting in, that it cancels the action. Since knowing this, I've consciously gotten in...

Would you mind noting how long it takes to switch from 0% Preparing... ? I'm concerned that I'm stuck but want to be sure before I start messing with things and chance making it worse.
Same, got notification of the update notification.
After agreeing to proceed, I had a quick popup saying something along the lines of "The update is unable to complete at this time" and then it quickly disappeared back the the update screen. Progress has since been at 0% - Preparing... for...
Interesting! I'd love to hear from anyone that has been brave enough to take the speaker grill off, on how that is done. I'd hate to try to pry it straight up and break something. Anyone with inside info?
