This really sucks. Never had this issue for 2 years and 8 months using PAAK and now I'm feeling that dreaded vampire drain issue. They have to fix this as it is absolutely ridiculous.
My first Rivian mobile tech congratulated me after inspecting mine. He said ”yours was one of the real good builds based off the VIN”. Fortunately for me, I am sure he knows exactly what he meant.
I guess I am one of the lucky ones with the Gen1 single battery. They replaced that and performed the recall service last week with mobile service. I highly recommend mobile service. The replacement is very simple. No different than replacing the cabin air filter.
