  1. 20" Nitto Recon Grappler AT tires 25% more efficient than Pirelli OEM AT! The holy grail!

This was rough. 1.44 m/kwh after 120 miles of regular driving so I put them back to 44 PSI
  2. Charging a Rivian with an Ecoflow Delta Pro

Would it be a bad idea to get an Eco flow (and some extra batteries) + 6 400 watt panels just to top off the car with about 12 kwh/day? My thought process here is it would be cheaper than to get a full system installed (I would install panels myself on the roof of my shed)
  3. DIY R1T Tonneau Covers for $230

Yep, I've been 3D printing car related products for a while- PETG for outdoor uses and ABS for inside as everything cooks in the cabin with the windows closed. Ive had customers report that even their PETG warps inside the vehicle
  4. DIY R1T Tonneau Covers for $230

Each adapter is 6" long, but still its a lot of plastic, over 100". Printing these took some time as you can imagine. Having an aluminum support under the board is a solid idea, I haven't seen that yet I'll have to look around. I enjoy reading how differently people solved a similar problem.
  5. DIY R1T Tonneau Covers for $230

I wanted it to be more secure and professional looking than tarp LOL keen eye for poop you have... And yeah like Yetti96 mentioned, I had a list to print a "poop chute" to funnel the 'poop' filament automatically into the trash.
  6. DIY R1T Tonneau Covers for $230

I only needed a tonneau cover for a couple days a year so I couldn’t justify spending $800 - $1,500 on an aftermarket or OEM cover so I took it upon myself to build one. I designed 3D printed adapters that slide along the sides of the truck bed, and house the boards that run across the width of...
  7. 20" Nitto Recon Grappler AT tires 25% more efficient than Pirelli OEM AT! The holy grail!

I contacted Nitto as well and they said for the 275/65R20, 116T SL I should be running 38 PSI. Will report back with efficiency numbers after a thousand miles
  8. 20" Nitto Recon Grappler AT tires 25% more efficient than Pirelli OEM AT! The holy grail!

Thanks for this- are your efficiency numbers any better? I am in the same boat... 1.6 kwh/m after 500 miles at 44 PSI
  9. Genoa Peak, Lake Tahoe on 21" roadies

We went up from the rockier south end then exited the north end. The north end coming down was pretty fun, was able to pick up a little speed in drift mode and spin the tires for a bit
  10. Genoa Peak, Lake Tahoe on 21" roadies

Nice. Yea I dont think it was necessary either, we just didn't know what was coming up so we let a little out at a clearing.
  11. Genoa Peak, Lake Tahoe on 21" roadies

Not the most demanding trail but the truck did exceptionally well. Very surprised by the suspension. Aired down to 40 PSI then realized a day later the manual says we can go down to 31- was just scared of a pinch flat. Front cam was super clutch to clear the sharper rocks. Just breached 2k miles...
  12. I solved the wireless charging problem

Yeah this seems to be a problem for some people, sorry to hear it!
  13. California WTT My 21s and cash for your 20" ATs, SF Bay Area +

Hello- like the title states I am looking to trade in my 1,500 mile 21s and cash for a set of the 20" ATs. I would prefer the regular ATs but would consider the brights or darks if they are available. Thanks!
  14. 2024 TACOMA - Here It Is - ICE & Hybrid Competitor! ?
