  1. Thoughts @ 50,000 miles on my R1T

Yeah, I see a lot of windshield time?. Not a bad ride to do it in though!
  2. Thoughts @ 50,000 miles on my R1T

I’m at 65k miles in just over a year. I’ve had Zero issues. I also use mine as a work truck and it’s fantastic. Haven’t decided if I get a new R1T or an R1S when it comes time to trade.
  3. Cybertrucks in the wild - quick comment

    What a weird write-up
  4. Experience shopping for an EV9 vs R1S - Update

I just spoke to someone from the Rivian sales team. I have an R1t and have had a $1,000 reservation for the R1s for a year now. They called asking if I was ready to confirm order and I asked if I could get trade in quote first. She was able to do this for me. Seems like if you’ll call a...
  5. North Carolina order holders, Any idea on what’s happening?

I personally took delivery in Richmond. I work in the Raleigh area as well. My R1t will be a year old next month and I’ve never had a need to go to a SC. I would think mobile service could take care of almost any issue you would have(which for me has been zero!)
  6. 20" tire recommendations

I just switched from OEM 21” to 20” Michelin ltx defender m/s2. So far drove 800 miles. Getting 2.30 miles/kWh on the m/s2. Was getting 2.55 miles/kWh on the 21” but the Michelins are better suited for the construction sites I visit daily. All my driving is in all purpose or sport, so you...
  7. Quad Motor on Conservative Drive Setting and Battery Changes

I am in almost the same situation as you. I live in NC and I drive around 175 miles a day. I have had my 2023 R1t with 21” wheels for almost a year now. I only drive in all purpose or sport and I leave the house every day at 85% SOC and get home with 25%. When I drive to the beach on the...
  8. Tire wear - how soon are people changing them?

I’m at 38,000 on the 21’s(R1T). Getting ready to replace in the next few weeks.
  9. Why the efficiency graph is way off vs real efficiency.

My question is why is your front tire pressure way lower than the rear?
  10. North Carolina FS: REDUCED 2 21” wheels with 15k tires

Adrian, I’ll take 2 if you take 2. Each pay $500. I’m local.
  11. North Carolina FS: REDUCED 2 21” wheels with 15k tires

I’ll take 2 if you take 2. $500 each. I’m local to Raleigh.
  12. Rivian doesn't cost less to drive on long trips

Every time folks from California start talking about their electric rates I thank God I’m in NC. My time of use rate from 10 pm-6am is $.03/kWh. I drive 4,000 miles a month and my electric bill has been on average $30/month higher than it used to be. This is based on 7 months of ownership...
  13. Aftermarket wheels efficiency

Thanks for the input…since starting the thread I have found a great 20” rim option with the +48 offset. MSW type 52 wheels look very similar to the stock Rivian 20” and have the correct offset.
  14. Problems problems, all these damn problems! Let's hear from those who've had little / no issues! ?️

R1t quad with 32,000 miles. Never had a single issue. Have a reservation for R1S that is ready to configure. Only thing holding me back are personal finances. Will be following through with the R1S hopefully by summer 24.
  15. Aftermarket wheels efficiency

Where are you located? Sounds like the same distances as me. I’m in Burlington, NC.
  16. Aftermarket wheels efficiency

That’s a BIG drop! I’m hoping 1/2 of that is the cold weather and the other half wheels/tires.
  17. Aftermarket wheels efficiency

Thanks for the info! I do love my range with the 21’s, but I’m excited about a tougher look with 20’s.
  18. Aftermarket wheels efficiency

Thanks! I’ve seen the other threads with the ram wheels, I just didn’t notice anyone saying what the range hit was, if any. The powder coated ram wheels actually look really nice!
