Today the service manager called saying they found 2 glasses in front that needed replacing and also door adjustment. This is 4th attempt. He says it’s fixed and will check it himself before releasing it out. Apparently a special ops team was visiting Boston SC. Waiting to see the results...

Interesting to note how you corrected it. Rivian came back and picked up the truck to work on it again. we ll see what gets done now.

Quantity doesn’t matter. Quality does matter. so many annoying problems and not good service backup. delays and poor resolution of the issues.
