Ok so I did latest software update enabling Rivian assistant. The problem is that it cancels out Alexa app. You can’t switch from one to the other! Rivian you have to fix this problem!

Welcome to the club!.I drive a 2022 R1T Adventure series. 39K miles now. Only had to replace cracked windshield and new wiper blades. I rotate all tires incorporating the spare. Best truck I ever owned ! Happy trails and don't forget to wave 👋 😂

one member mentioned that moving forward few feet first then reverse to back up. I find this helps eliminate that irritating clunking sound

I have the same issue. It's weather related. Happens when it's cold and wet out. During the summer no clunking

Yes I paid $300 deductible plus $65 calibration fee at Rivian Center

Same thing happened to me . Safelite installed non OEM windshield and Rivian center calibrated it

Maybe they had an issue with the pucks ?

OEM out of pocket was over $2k because Rivian repair shop wasn’t in the approved list. Safelite did a superb Job ! Only paid $500 deductible. Then I had it calibrated for $65 at the Rivian shop

Same thing happened to me. One glass shop quoted me over $3K to have an OEM windshield installed including calibration. Safelite charged me only for my insurance deductible. Then I took it to Rivian service center for camera calibration. Savings of over $2200! Plus the first shop wanted to keep...

Poor owner… I’d be pissed off 😡
