Looking to buy (locally) 20" all terrain wheels to replace my existing 21". I don't care about tire tread much as I'm planning to just put K03s on them. Considering I can buy aftermarket 20" wheels now I'm hoping to find something at a reasonable price. Located south of Boston.

Oh yeah, totally agree. My point is that Rivian's selected collision centers are perpetuating the problem. It's so complicated and time consuming it's not worth the while. Their time is better spent buffing scratches and swapping windshields on a Honda.

Yeah, about a year ago we did it through the Chelsea SC. It wasn't seamless, but certainly easier than it is today. They have shipped a ton more vehicles and haven't added any service capacity...I'll keep calling around to see who has the calibration software.
