I hate when I pull up to this...
2 free Volta chargers by my gym so every day I pull up and if it's open, I grab a charge while I workout. This really makes me despise many EV drivers as I feel they are entitled aholes with no respect. They take for free and can not be bothered to coil the cord back up and some like this...- Rickmc

Charging behavior - stops 1% before set point and doesn't maintain charge
Has anyone noticed the charging behavior in that the vehicle stops charging 1% prior to the setpoint? You set it to 70% and in the morning you are at 69%. You set it to 75%, it's 74% when you go out to it. I am guessing that there are fractions behind the scene and it's stopping at 69.5%...- Rickmc

Almost free charging at home - real math included.
I've seen a few posts lately, some on the fb RAM truck forum full of EV haters and even on the Rivian fb forums regarding "true" cost of EV charging. My provider in VA does provide a discounted rate from 11pm - 6am of .056310 + distribution charge + power cost adjustment + taxes. Normal rate...- Rickmc

Well that sucks! Rivian insurance doubles in 1 year
I expected insurance to go up after Nationwide saw how expensive Rivians are to repair but a DOUBLE? No tickets for atleast 15 years, no accidents for 33 years. One year of insurance was $1262.79 and now at renewal, one year is $2409.16 Guess I'll be shopping insurance for the next week...- Rickmc

Loud compressor after 22 update
After this last update, when I walk up to my truck in the morning I hear a loud weed eater sounding noise I assume is a compressor for AC? In 9 months of owning my R1T, I’ve never heard this but now every morning. Anyone else?- Rickmc
