Actually the issue re-occurred despite the repair. Back to having wet carpets in the front. I have another appointment with the service center in November.
Happy to report that the Seattle Rivian Service Center did a great job on our repair. Had the new car smell with a new carpet and the AC has been working without any humidity in the car for the past 2 weeks.
That's definitely it.

The Seattle service center scheduled me for July 10 (I am on a road trip right now otherwise it would have been sooner). They said it would likely take a week to address the issue.
This happened to me. I was noticing a faint wet sock smell and turns out the carpet under the driver and passenger all weather mat is completely wet. It's a 2023 Gen 1 R1S. I've reached out to Rivian support.
At the dunes near Moses Lake in Eastern Washington. It was an Emerald City Rivian Club outing so we got a lot of help with the recovery. 4 trucks got stuck trying to get us out before an R1T pulled it off.
I tried discount tire for a tire rotation since the first service center appointment I could get was 2 months out. On the plus side, the rotation was free. The downside:
