They called me and set up a remote service appointment. If they have to replace the whole slide out and it isn't covered under warranty (2-1/2 years old), I think I will juwst live withthat piece broke. If it is covered under warranty, I will ask if I can pop the ones on the old one as spares.

Having a NACS and a CCS at the same station would be convienent but there would be someone using the NACS and a knucklehead would pull in beside them and try to plug in the CCS1. It would probably be easy to put an internal switch that would deactivate the one NOT being use.

The only issue I have expereinced with a few recent updates is that Apple music and Spotify won't connect and I have to just let it sit for a bit. We have the connect+ as well.
