Has anyone had success just buying a replacement key from Rivian? They keep telling me I have to buy the whole core and key set. Ridiculous to spend $65 for it.

I tried to go to Rei and the Yakima website but the number system for rivian is different than on the Yakima site. How'd you purchase the correct number? Looking for A157.

Anyone know where I can buy the A157 Yakima keys for my cross bar? I went on the Yakima site and they only have replacements up to number A155. Is there special numbering for Rivian keys?

I haven't been able to reach customer service this whole week, and have been trying every day. Anyone else having major issues. The wait time jumps around a lot, now showing 15 hours!

Thanks for all the answers. I'll reset and try again on a longer drive to see whether this is persistent. I'm thinking the efficiency hit may be because the car was also sitting in the garage for three days and lost about 10% battery. Maybe that was included in the mi/kwh Calc.
