UPDATE: I was able to fix it by prying off the cover at the base of the wiper, loosening the 13mm nut a bit and adjusting postion of wiper. Then tightening nut.
If my fix lasts more than 4 hours, I will be sure to contact a doctor :)

I went through a car wash and I didn't notice they forgot to tape down rear wiper. A few days later when raining, I noticed the rear wiper assembly appears rotated 180 degrees. Any tips/pointers on how I might fix this myself? (see video). Feel free to laugh... I did when I first walked around...
You could get the Tesla J1772 charger to avoid adapter when charging at home. Having adapter on road trips is definitely very helpful though.
