My T is in service now for the second time with the same camera fail. Current diagnosis is a failed side mirror cam, which affects all the cameras.

I've been using a Lectron adapter connecting my R1T to my Tesla wall charger - no problem so far. Yours wouldn't be due to dirt in the adapter?
