Still waiting for OTA updates -- I emailed support earlier in the week asking about it since it had been a month from the original call; but they said there is no update and that service will reach out once the issue is resolved.

The Rivian support rep I talked to last week said he talked to the software team. The software team told him this was a problem with the update and they were working on a fix. The fix would be pushed out as an OTA update "in next couple of weeks" and not need a hardware repair

Yeah -- similar boat here. Currently sitting in my 2nd delivery window (May - June) with no sign of movement.
