Our service experience has been so awful that I wouldn’t buy another vehicle from RIVIAN. A shame, since the truck is amazing. There is no excuse for the incompetence, and backlog at the service location we have in SD.
Two of the four service appointments we’ve had...
It gets worse- waited weeks to have the windshield replaced…appointment day comes up (we were expecting same day- as promised) and they tell us we will have to leave the car overnight..this is days before Christmas travel.
However, there was a piece of trim on the A pillar that was hanging out...
