Do you have a gear guard drive plugged in? If so remove the drive and do a hard reset. The drives get easily corrupt on the rivians esp if you are using a SAN disk SD card (what I was using and had this issue come up after halloweeen). I ended up getting an SSD drive and no issues since. Hope...
