@electruck4x4, I have order #1390 from early June and have yet to have my sunshade ship. Any sense of timing?

The most important thing to know is that the EA charger in Flagler on I-70 is out of commission. It shows as such on PlugShare. Stopped at ChargePoint chargers on either side and those were pricy but worked great

Up I-35 to I-70. Mostly used EA chargers, which were ok. Got me where I needed to go, but not always a great experience.

Interesting observations. I’m on 22s, which doesn’t help. And, indeed, the trailer is hooked up to the bottom of an 8” drop hitch, even with the vehicle in low.

Made it from central Texas to the Rockies while towing two motorcycles on a trailer. 1111.7 miles 907.3 kwh Average efficiency of 1.225 mi/kWh Fantastic chariot. Endless power while towing, but gotta watch the speed to keep the range reasonable.

Did my R1S this weekend by myself. Chose the slot approach. Raised the running board into place for installation by just sitting on the ground and balancing it on my knees.

What’s the weight of the trailer?

I'm headed that way shortly, but while towing. Was planning on heading north on I-35 to I-70. My biggest challenge right now is that the EA I-70 Diner station is down for renovations. There are other alternatives near there, but not quite as good.
