Same here. I made the appointment essentially the day after I got the car (R1S - delivered on 6/10/2023) and it was a little over a month. They rented me a car and told me they may need to keep it for more than one day but thankfully they got it all taken care of in a few hours.

I had the dash rattle as well and my rear passenger door was out of alignment. Took it to the Cincinnati service center. Lead technician took a test drive with me and the dash did a good job of demonstrating the rattle for him. They added foam tape in a bunch of places. So far, so good...
