Oh, man, the assembly was extremely fiddly and time intensive. Trying to pay it forward leaving it assembled. Took me days. But I also have the habit of building things, getting to the end, then realizing I screwed something up at the beginning, forcing me to undo everything and start over...

Thank you, and hope that you're able to get your rig eventually too. It's a great rack, and, yeah, the gate feature is key for easy access to the cooler / bins when making a quick charge stop. FWIW, the people at Xtrusion have been helpful and respond quickly to questions.
