Happens to me under hard acceleration. If you go back there when parked and pull on it, you’ll notice the play it has and the truck bed lights should turn on in the open position. Kind of annoying

I was parallel parking on “lowest” on 20” AT and it appears as if the tires rubbed the fender liner and pulled it out a bit. It actually triggered the car to shift into park…twice. Any one else experience this or have a fix? Tightening that screw does not pull it back in. Supposed to be flush...

to be noted that it still functions appropriately ie extends on unlock and retracts on lock.

Has anyone encountered this? Didn’t look like this yesterday….
