It seems for some the link isnt live yet. It wasn’t for me, but my buddy was able to use it. I had him make a reservation for me, and it shows in my Rivian account. Pretty cool.

Rivian initially gave me that same run around. Saying they couldn’t do it without a previouS VIN, then they couldn’t do it for non LE cars. I eventually chatted again with someone who I guess knew how. He had it activated in a few hours. So if you don’t get the right answer, chat again with someone.
