Similar to how mine looked. The mobile tech had to replace a gasket on the open/close mechanism. Has been fine ever since.

I've also noticed, on multiple occasions, that the destination in the nav system is actually on the wrong side of the street...including my house. Definitely some opportunities with the overall nav/map experience.

Same. Black screens three times, the final of which was in the middle of a 2,500 mile roadtrip. Took it to the SC a few weeks ago and had the screen coolant serviced. So far, so good.
