Looks like Steingold is only offering plans from Veritas and Zurich when I check. I'm at 49K miles for 2023 Quad. I have not seen anyone discussing veritas or Zurich plans so I'm leery about those.

Yah I guess I was just thinking of how sometimes I’m already at 80% SOC and it doesn’t take all that long to complete charging then just sits there all night. I should probably stop worrying about it being full for half a day or whatever in preparation for a trip.

This IS an issue. Suppose I want to leave at 0700 and want 95 or 100% charge for a long trip. Current state is charging begins until completion at 10pm for me as that’s the off peak rate beginning. Then it sits most of the night at a high SOC which isn’t great for the battery.
